DevSecOps

DevOps engineer works closely with Research & Development, Testing, Quality Assurance and Production Department providing support for development and deployment tools, virtual environment, in-house products systems setup, configuration, monitoring, load testing etc. You will drive continuous process improvement and increase the efficiency and quality of our CI/CD framework. You will identify and implement creative ways to monitor and reduce Software Quality Assurance cycle times and accelerate adoption of Continuous Integration best practices.

Your tasks

• Setup/administration of server farm;
• Setup/administration of network equipment’s;
• Setup/administration of virtual machines;
• Monitor systems and identify patterns that affect the performance, reliability, or availability of a product or service and drive them out of the system through automation or other technical innovations;
• Implement automation of recurrent tasks through scripting;
• Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Electronics, Computer Science or similar education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience;
• Very good knowledge on Linux OS administration;
• Very good knowledge on TCP/IP networking concepts;
• Master virtualization concepts (virtual machines, containers);
• Knowledge on SQL and/or PostgreSQL databases;
• Proficiency using versioning tools (Git, SVN), experience working with CI/CD concepts and methodologies, Kubernetes;
• Experience with Infrastructure as a code, Ansible, yaml, orchestration;
• Good knowledge on monitoring technologies/tools (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.);
• Love working with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.);
• Attention to details, ability to fast adapt to new technologies;
• Product lifecycle and software release;
• Documentation/technical writing skills – is a plus;
• Experience working on AGILE/Scrum methodologies – is a plus;
• Essential English skills – German is a plus;
• Minimal security concepts for infrastructure (network, application, certification) – also a plus;
• Team player.
