We are looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer to drive the transformation of our hybrid infrastructure through scalable automation and modern DevOps practices. In this role, you will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized environments, and automate workflows across VMware and KVM platforms.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Ansible (playbooks, roles, modules)
- Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Manage and scale automation workflows using AWX / Ansible Tower
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments
- Provision and manage virtualized infrastructure (VMware and KVM)
- Develop Python-based automation scripts and integrations using REST APIs
- Perform Linux system administration and create Bash scripts for low-level automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve system efficiency
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (incl. AWX / Ansible Tower)
- Solid Python development skills for automation and integrations
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar tools)
- Experience working with VMware-based environments (KVM is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and Bash scripting
- Advanced knowledge of Git and version control best practices
