Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable, and highly observable infrastructure? We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join an Engineering Chapter supporting critical on-premises platforms within a leading enterprise environment.


As an SRE, you will play a key role in improving system reliability, performance, monitoring, automation, and operational excellence while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
  • Build custom Grafana dashboards, alerts, and visualizations.
  • Implement distributed tracing and centralized log aggregation.
  • Define and maintain SLI/SLO frameworks and monitoring best practices.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application instrumentation.
  • Ensure security compliance across monitoring platforms.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident support.
  • Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.


Required Skills & Experience


Experience


  • 3+ years of experience in Monitoring / Observability
  • 2+ years of hands-on Grafana & Prometheus in production environments
  • Strong Linux administration experience
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise on-premises infrastructure
  • Experience implementing monitoring automation and observability platforms
