- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems following pre-defined process.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks at the direction and support of our engineering department.
- Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Assist in implementing network improvements through the direction of the engineering department
- Support storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Support regular backups and disaster recovery testing at the direction of the engineering department and know process documentation.
- Experience patching various devices with known process and tools during a patching cycle
- Manage virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Support and troubleshoot Citrix virtual applications and desktops, including issues related to user sessions, profile management, and connectivity.
- Assist with maintaining and upgrading Citrix infrastructure components such as
- Connector Servers, Virtual Desktop Agent, Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and NetScalers.
- Support robust IAM policy and security measures within the public cloud.
- Build/Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Technology Proficiencies
When you join LTVplus Your Mission will be to:
- Proficient with server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware).
- Strong networking knowledge (e.g., Firewalls, Switches and Routers).
- Experience with storage technologies (e.g., NAS, SAN, backups solutions).
- Working experience with Observability tools (e.g., Logic Monitor, RMM).
- Familiarity with Scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
- Experience working in an MSP multi-tenant environment
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, or VMware VCP.
- Experience with Citrix technologies such as Citrix Cloud/Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix
- Studio, Citrix Director/Monitor, and Citrix ADC/NetScaler.
- Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V or CCP-V) are a strong plus.
- Full-time position.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts as needed.
- Primarily remote work with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
- Must maintain a reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment if working remotely.
- May be required to participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents outside normal business hours.
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLA commitments.
- 12-hour rotational shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM Mountain Time)
- Shift A:
- Week 1: Sunday–Wednesday
- Week 2: Sunday–Tuesday
- Shift B:
- Week 1: Wednesday–Saturday
- Week 2: Thursday–Saturday
