About the Role
We are looking for a Service Operations Analyst to join a dynamic operations team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical IT services.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong Linux and OpenShift expertise who thrive in a production support environment. You will play a key role in monitoring business-critical systems, resolving incidents, and ensuring operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain production environments to ensure high service availability.
Perform operational support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems.
Manage and support applications running on OpenShift.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
Document incidents, changes, and operational procedures using Jira and Confluence.
Participate in shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Follow operational procedures, security standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with OpenShift.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Previous experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or Service Operations.
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
