What do you need to do:
- Effectively manage and resolve production incidents.
- Follow up and coordinate infrastructure changes and technical operations (e.g., electrical shutdowns, server maintenance).
- Participate in application and infrastructure change management, working closely with development, system administrators, DBAs, and networking teams.
- Keep technical documentation up to date, including application architecture, operational procedures, and monitoring requirements.
- Manage backup processes and perform regular restore tests.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure, ensuring SLA compliance across all business lines.
- Control and optimize application load capacity.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and provide off-hours support when required.
- Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of operational procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to design the infrastructure architecture for new applications in line with company standards.
Main Technical Requirements:
- Experience as a SRE starting in 9 years of experience;
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, including systems administration.
- Experience with BMC/Control-M or other enterprise scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and/or PowerShell.
- Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS.
- Experience with Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or MySQL databases, including basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience managing infrastructure backups.
- Experience with monitoring tools, ideally Zabbix or Grafana.
- Knowledge of LDAP, Firewalls, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
- Knowledge of container-based infrastructures.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above (mandatory).
- DevOps mindset.
