Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer in our office in Belgrade, Serbia.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or GCP, including core services and resource optimization

✔️ Proficient with Kubernetes

✔️ Experience with Istio

✔️ Capable of writing and editing sophisticated Helm Charts

✔️ Practical experience with GitOps principles using ArgoCD or FluxCD

✔️ Familiarity with Terraform/Terragrunt

✔️ Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab preferably)

✔️ Adept at maintaining high-availability Redis/Valkey and Kafka environments

✔️ Advanced level of English

✅ Could be a plus:

✔️ Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and security standards in banking environments

✅Opportunities & tasks

✔️Manage, maintain, configure, and deploy Kubernetes clusters

✔️Improve existing helm charts and write new one

✔️Work with Developers team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability

✔️Monitor system performance

✔️Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline using GitLab and ArgoCD

✔️Work with Cloud Providers
