Role Description
- Install, configure, and test operating systems and application software for customer orders.
- Collaborate with IT and security departments to set up customer VPNs and infrastructure.
- Monitor and test application performance, addressing issues with relevant teams.
- Maintain and monitor customer-owned equipment in a secure environment.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Participate in designing information and operational support systems.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and IT personnel during projects.
- Stay updated on industry changes and maintain professional and technical skills.
- Support the management of large-scale deployment networks.
- Ensure effective communication and resolution of issues throughout project lifecycles.

- Ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex problems to stakeholders across various functions and levels. - Intermediate
- Expertise in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting BIOS firmware and device drivers to ensure system functionality and performance. - Intermediate
- Understanding of deploying and managing mobile devices to ensure seamless operation and integration within an organization preferred - Intermediate
- Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux-based operating systems preferred - Intermediate
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree, trade school, or relevant work experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs
