About the Role

We are seeking a DM System Administrator Manager to configure, administer, and maintain critical infrastructure systems, including Microsoft technologies and VMware environments. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, proactive monitoring, and effective troubleshooting to mitigate risks across IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Active Directory Services, DHCP, DNS servers, and Exchange Mail Server to ensure high availability (10%)
• Manage VMware and storage systems to meet business system requirements and maintain high availability (10%)
• Manage backup systems to ensure all DM data is securely backed up and readily restorable upon request (10%)
• Maintain and monitor servers and services to ensure proper functionality and uptime (15%)
• Prepare and build new servers, configure services, and provide technical and functional support for project implementation (15%)
• Troubleshoot system errors across Windows Server, Mail Server, and Backup Server environments (10%)
• Oversee DM system management and process control, ensuring alignment with security policies and outsourced operations (15%)
• Identify problematic areas within DM systems and implement timely strategic solutions (15%)

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in administration and maintenance of:
• Windows Server
• VMware
• Exchange Server
• Backup Systems
• Active Directory
• Knowledge of ISO27001, IT data security, and IT system services
