KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. IT Infrastructure Management
a. Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networking
equipment, and cloud-based services across 50+ store locations.
b. Design and maintain the IT architecture (servers, network, cloud services) to
support rapid business scaling to 75+ stores.
c. Implement network policies and define authorization roles across all systems.
2. Security and Compliance
a. Implement and oversee security measures to protect company data and systems
from cyber threats.
b. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to
data privacy and security.
c. Manage antivirus, patching, access controls, and security auditing across all
endpoints.
3. Retail Systems Integration
a. Ensure POS and ERP systems are well-integrated, secure, and compliant, supporting
smooth retail operations.
b. Support accurate reporting, inventory management, and financial data integrity
across all stores.
c. Troubleshoot and resolve POS, network, and system issues at store level with
minimal downtime.
4. IT Strategy and Innovation
a. Collaborate with department heads to align IT strategies with overall business
objectives.
b. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies; recommend
improvements to company systems.
c. Support process automation and new digital solutions that accelerate store openings
and operations.
d. Manage IT equipment procurement, lifecycle, and asset inventory across all locations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Hard Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in a senior IT role, preferably in retail or multi-location environments.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking (LAN/WAN/WiFi), cloud services
(Microsoft 365, Azure AD), and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, ERP systems, and stock management platforms.
• Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, device management (Intune/MDM), and IT asset
management.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to liaise with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders, including foreign management.
• Proven track record in leading and managing IT projects and small teams.
• Service-minded, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
