- Manage day-to-day IT operations (Incident, Problem, Change) to ensure service stability, availability, and minimal business disruption.
- Oversee end-user computing and core infrastructure services to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs.
- Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders; manage vendors and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and expectations.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and available technology services, ensuring solutions meet operational needs. Monitor and assess regulatory requirements and identifying potential impacts to technology services.
- Ensure adherence to DB technology standards, ISMS controls, cybersecurity requirements, and local regulations. Support audits, remediation activities, and contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Monitor SLAs/OLAs, analyze service metrics, and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support capacity planning and lifecycle management of IT assets, including refresh, utilization tracking, and decommissioning.
- Monitor vendor performance and associated costs to ensure alignment with agreed scope, SLAs, and budget expectations.
- Provide regular reporting on service performance, risks, and KPIs; deliver clear updates to management forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT operations or infrastructure, preferably within international financial institutions or the banking industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management).
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
- Knowledge of IT risk, controls, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure lifecycle management and service governance practices.
