📢 We're Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer
📍 Bangkok | 🕒 Full-Time | 🌐 Hybrid or Remote within Thailand

We are seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to support the reliability, performance, and scalability of FlowAccount’s platform. You will work within the Infrastructure team alongside Production Engineers and Database Engineers. This role is a mix of platform engineering, automation, day-to-day operations, and incident support.
You will help improve our CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS), and ensure smooth daily operations—from resolving Jenkins issues to supporting deployments and keeping our systems healthy. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building reliable infrastructure while also being comfortable handling operational tasks.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Reliability
- Maintain and improve FlowAccount’s cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Ensure the reliability and availability of platform services
- Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding (Grafana, CloudWatch, Elasticsearch)
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and on-call rotations
DevOps & CI/CD
- Manage, troubleshoot, and improve Jenkins pipelines and build infrastructure
- Enhance CI/CD workflows for multiple engineering teams
- Automate repetitive processes to improve deployment speed and reduce operational load
- Maintain Docker images and containerized environments
Operations
- Support day-to-day operations including: Fixing Jenkins failures, Assisting with application deployments, Cleaning up and updating IMOC tickets and Helping developers troubleshoot environment issues
- Maintain configuration files, scripts, and operational playbooks
- Assist with cost optimization and environment housekeeping
Collaboration
- Work closely with Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams
- Communicate clearly about changes, incidents, and deployment status
- Provide input to infrastructure improvements and roadmap planning
💪 What You Bring
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering Strong experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools—especially Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based workflows.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, etc.)
- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of modern DevOps workflows, GitOps, and automation best practices
- Ability to read and troubleshoot application code to identify production issues and improve system reliability.
- Comfortable performing operational duties alongside project work
- Good communication skills in Thai and basic English
⭐️ Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, K8s operators, Helm)
- Terraform or other IaC experience
- Knowledge of software development, QA, or testing practices
- Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or other high-availability environments
- Familiarity with security, networking, and cloud cost optimization
