A leading quantitative trading firm is seeking a Systems Software Engineer to help build the infrastructure and platforms powering a highly performance-sensitive trading environment.

Working at the intersection of software and infrastructure, you'll develop the systems that enable reliable, scalable, and efficient operation of critical trading and research platforms. The team works across Linux, networking, distributed systems, automation, and platform engineering to solve complex technical challenges at scale. The team is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the core infrastructure that underpins a best in class trading environment.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience with one or more languages such as Python, Go, C++
• Deep understanding of Linux systems
• Experience building software, tooling, or infrastructure for production environments
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, systems design, networking, or platform engineering
• Experience improving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of critical systems and services
• Fire-fighting ability

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud, container, or orchestration technologies – add some tech here like Kubernetes etc
• Exposure to observability, monitoring, or production engineering practices
