Location: New York - Hybrid (3 days in office a week)

This is a Platform Support Engineer role at a digital asset firm backed by one of the world's most established names in global finance. It is a small, sharp team - which means you will actually feel the impact of your work. You are not a number here. You are working directly alongside traders and portfolio managers, picking up real business knowledge that most engineers in purely technical roles never get close to.

Day to day, you are maintaining the infrastructure that the business depends on. AWS, EKS Terraform, Ansible and Python are your core tools. The problems are interesting, the pace is fast and the people around you are sharp. You will learn a lot here.

This is a support role, not an engineering project role. Roughly 90% of your time responding to and solving infrastructure issues - tickets, incidents and outages. You need to be someone who finds genuine satisfaction in delivering excellent service at pace and who is reactive by nature, rather than someone who wants to spend their time building from scratch. If that is not you, this is not the right move.
