DevOps Engineer (all genders)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our agile team and take end-to-end responsibility for the build, integration, delivery, and operation of SWIAT's decentralized blockchain-based applications.

You will work closely with software engineers, product teams, and external partners to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available services for regulated financial institutions.

Required

1. 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Software Engineering
2. Strong Linux administration skills
3. Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
4. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD is a strong advantage)
5. Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform)
6. Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
7. Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS
8. Good understanding of networking, firewalls, and secure system design
9. Solid understanding of IT security best practices
10. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
11. Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

1. Experience operating blockchain or distributed systems
2. Experience with Ethereum-based technologies and Hyperledger Besu
3. German language skills
