Senior Systems Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced systems or infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and driving continuous improvement. You'll take ownership of Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, identity and access management, and Azure operational support while acting as the technical escalation point for our Technical Support team. You'll also contribute to automation initiatives, technical projects, and cloud transformation across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide advanced technical support and act as the escalation point for complex IT issues
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Manage endpoint devices, security policies, software deployment, and lifecycle management
- Support Azure operations, cloud governance, and infrastructure improvements
- Mentor IT Support Engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
- Participate in technology projects, automation initiatives, and continuous service improvements
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- At least three years' experience in Technical Support, Systems Administration, Modern Workplace, or Infrastructure Support
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900 or AZ-104), PowerShell scripting experience, or ITIL Foundation certification are advantageous
