Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems, you'll possess the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and continually raise the technical standards around you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the firm's production platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation to accelerate software delivery.
• Build and maintain observability tooling, including monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and incident response processes.
• Drive improvements across developer experience through internal tooling, automation, and streamlined engineering workflows.
• Optimise and secure Linux-based cloud infrastructure, with a focus on performance, resilience, and best-practice security controls.

Key Skills

• Strong experience managing and automating cloud infrastructure, ideally within AWS environments.
• Deep Linux systems administration knowledge and experience supporting production-critical platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD technologies.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, alerting, and platform reliability engineering principles.
• A proactive, high-ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and experience operating in fast-paced, engineering-led environments.
