Key Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME on supported technology

Collaborate and manage tasks to support team targets.

Engage with multiple teams and vendors on scheduled maintenance and upgrade activities.

Engage in joint troubleshooting efforts for high visibility critical issues.

Execute tasks as per schedule to support end-to-end operations.

Manage ServiceNow tickets (Request, Incidents, Problem and Change requests)

Support 24x7 work schedule and on-call.

Qualifications:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

Strong knowledge of VMWare Infrastructure deployment and management.

Experience with automation and orchestration tools like AWX, Puppet, and Ansible playbook.

Knowledge on job scheduler tools such as Autosys.

Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning in Unix/Linux-based systems.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in on-premises environments.

Proficient in scripting and configuration management.

Knowledge on Solaris OS and CDOMs/LDOMs and OpsCenter.

Knowledge on Veritas Volume Manager.

Familiarity with Linux on AWS or Azure cloud is preferred.
