Monitoring Analyst Lead

Key Responsibilities

* Configure, maintain, and administer enterprise monitoring tools.

* Monitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

* Investigate monitoring alerts and coordinate incident resolution.

* Develop dashboards, alert rules, and monitoring automation.

* Perform root cause analysis and improve monitoring processes.

* Support monitoring platform upgrades and integrations.

* Work with Infrastructure, NOC, DevOps, and Engineering teams.

* Document monitoring procedures and best practices.

* Mentor junior monitoring analysts.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

* Minimum **5 years** of experience in IT Monitoring or NOC Operations.

* At least **2 years** of experience in a Senior or Lead role.

* Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms.

* Experience with Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments.
