IT DevOps Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the IT DevOps Engineer role is to provide dedicated support for infrastructure reliability, deployment automation, cloud operations, SaaS administration (e.g., Microsoft 365), AI development initiatives, and DevOps process improvement. This role helps the organization maintain stable, secure systems and improve technical scalability by reducing manual operational work, increasing deployment efficiency, supporting AI-enabled workflow automation, and strengthening SaaS and cloud platform management as business, infrastructure, and AI requirements continue to grow.

• Manage, maintain, and improve the organization's cloud and server infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, deployment processes, automation workflows, SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and AI development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and SaaS-related issues; support application releases; maintain system documentation; implement monitoring and alerting; manage platform configurations; and ensure environments are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Support AI development by integrating AI tools, automating workflows, assisting with AI-enabled solutions, improving operational efficiency, accelerating troubleshooting, enhancing documentation, and streamlining repetitive IT and DevOps tasks.
• Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to improve system performance, reduce downtime, strengthen incident response, support SaaS operations, and enable efficient technical and AI-driven delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 2-5 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud operations.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS:

• Experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud operations, and systems administration.
• Experience with SaaS administration (e.g., Microsoft 365) and AI-enabled operations or AI development support.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, scripting, server administration, and monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, SaaS platform administration, and workflow automation.
• Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and process automation.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Network+, AI/ML fundamentals, or DevOps certifications).
• Experience supporting production environments, incident response, security best practices, access management, and technical documentation is also preferred.
