Core technical skills:
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems
- Virtualization (VMWare or similar)
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing)
- Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or Go)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)
- Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
- Incident and problem management
- Database knowledge (SQL)
- Experience with IT risk controls, audit support, or compliance
- Exposure to high-availability and disaster recovery setups
- A collaborative and inclusive work environment
