Your Role
This role focuses on core infrastructure services across on-premise and hybrid environments, including Linux systems, networking, load balancing, and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible and Puppet.
You will work closely with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues, improve operational efficiency, and maintain stable, scalable infrastructure.
- Own and support critical infrastructure operations in high-availability production environments.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident response during outages and service disruptions.
- Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders during operational events.
- Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
- Build and improve internal tools that make operations more efficient.
- Maintain clear documentation for procedures, configurations, and environments.
- Join an on-call rotation that supports a 24/7 operational environment.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting production infrastructure in critical, high-availability environments.
- 3+ years of Linux administration experience across RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar Unix systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, reverse proxies, and SDN.
- 3+ years of experience with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
- Hands-on scripting or automation experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Plus Points if you have:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container technologies.
- Certifications such as RHCE, CKA, or AWS.
- Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, and EKS is a plus.
