Cloud Foundations delivers secure, well-governed, and standardized cloud services, enabling IaaS and Serverless solutions through best practices and well-architected frameworks. Working in an Agile environment, you will help shape and operate enterprise-level cloud infrastructure that supports digital products worldwide.
Tasks & Responsibilities 馃殌
- Develop and implement enterprise-standard cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade existing Infrastructure as Code stacks, including legacy migrations.
- Monitor cloud environments and respond to operational issues and security findings.
- Support production cloud workloads using native and third-party tooling.
- Assist users with access-related requests while ensuring adherence to security best practices (MFA, key management, policies).
- Ensure overall cloud environment health (patching, antivirus, backups, performance thresholds).
- Provide Day2 operational support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain configuration management integrity and governance standards.
- Manage migrations to new tool or framework releases (e.g., Terraform, Bitbucket).
- Create and maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
- Adhere to ITIL processes (change, incident, problem, configuration management).
- Work closely with Product Owners and development teams following Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native tooling.
- Solid experience working with AWS IaaS environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Proven experience supporting production cloud workloads.
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools (Terraform preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Good understanding of code repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, or similar).
- Good understanding of networking and security concepts (routing, firewall, VPN, TCP/IP, VPC, Security Groups).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices and the software development lifecycle within CI/CD frameworks.
- Experience in security risk remediation and enterprise cloud governance.
- Experience working in international, distributed Agile teams.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility to provide support aligned with global operational needs when required.
- 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
