Senior Information Technology Officer

We are looking for a Senior IT Officer to oversee IT operations across the Group and manage the complete IT environment with the support of an IT Officer based in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who can manage a small to medium-sized business IT environment end-to-end, ensuring the security, availability, and reliability of systems, networks, devices, and data. The role will also lead the ongoing implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP and Microsoft 365/SharePoint solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a small to medium-sized organization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Windows endpoints, networking, VPN, and IT security.
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

• QNAP NAS administration
• SharePoint migration projects
• UAE data protection requirements
• Microsoft/Azure/Entra, networking, or security certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID administration.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, VPN, QNAP NAS, endpoints, backups, and security controls.
• Support Odoo ERP administration, user management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead SharePoint implementation and file migration projects.
• Provide technical support to users across the Group and supervise IT support activities.
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, subscriptions, and ensure reliable IT operations.
