The Senior Technical Consultant is accountable for Portworx deployment and administration, OpenShift lifecycle and Portworx upgrade management.



Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Portworx deployment and administration
  • OpenShift storage integration and CSI operations
  • Day-2 production support and troubleshooting
  • Storage performance and incident management
  • Backup, DR, replication, and failover operations
  • Cluster, node, and storage failure troubleshooting
  • OpenShift lifecycle and Portworx upgrade management


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field


Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as Portworx operations/support engineer with strong hands-on production experience supporting Portworx integrated OpenShift environments.
