Your New Role

As the Global Technical Product Owner – IT Engineering & Cyber AI, you will occupy a unique, highly visible hybrid position that sits at the intersection of deep software engineering and cutting-edge cybersecurity. This is an elite, expert-level role designed for a true builder.

While you will enjoy the strategic influence of a global product owner and be supported by a dedicated squad of 8–10 world-class cybersecurity experts from the bank's core security team, you will remain heavily hands-on. Your time will be split roughly 65% focused on core IT engineering and 35% on cyber security, specifically architecting and writing code for autonomous AI agents designed to defend, patch, and optimize enterprise banking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Agentic Products: Act as the lead architect and hands-on engineer developing autonomous AI agents and LLM-driven workflows specifically for security operations and automated infrastructure management.
• Engineering for Security: Write clean, production-grade code to integrate AI frameworks into automated security patching, vulnerability remediation, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Product Security & Governance: Define the roadmap for product security, ensuring that bleeding-edge AI models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic workflows are highly secure, robust against adversarial attacks, and fully observable.
• Lead the Squad: Own the product backlog, translating complex AI capabilities into executable engineering sprints while guiding your dedicated team of security experts to deploy scalable, compliant financial platforms.

What You'll Need to Succeed

This role requires a rare blend of deep technical execution and product vision. You will likely come from a rigorous software engineering background before pivoting into advanced security or AI applications.

• Hands-on Technical Mastery: You must be highly proficient in writing code and building automated systems. This is not a purely administrative role; you must love getting into the codebase.
• AI & Agentic Systems: Proven experience working with advanced AI frameworks, LLM implementation, LangChain, and specifically developing autonomous AI agents.
• Cyber & Infrastructure Expertise: Strong background in enterprise-grade security patching, vulnerability management, and infrastructure automation within highly regulated environments (ideally Banking/FinTech).
• Cloud Architecture: Deep, hands-on experience navigating and building within the Azure ecosystem (including Azure OpenAI service).
• Leadership & Delivery: At least 8 years of professional experience, with a track record of owning product lifecycles, operating in agile/scrum environments, and leading technical squads without losing your technical edge.
