Job Requirements*
CI/CD & Build Automation
- Expert in Jenkins: pipeline design (Declarative & Scripted), plugins, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Integration with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory).
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Strong experience in Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
- Ability to create reusable modules, manage state files, and ensure idempotency of deployments.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of infrastructure compliance, cost optimization, and environment standardization
Configuration Management & Automation
- Expertise in Ansible: playbooks, roles, inventory management, and vault for secrets.
- Automation of server provisioning, patching, configuration enforcement, and application deployments.
- Familiarity with configuration drift detection and remediation
- Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other tools for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration tasks using Ansible.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and reliable deployment processes across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Staging, Production).
- Continuously optimize automation workflows to improve speed, reliability, and scalability
- Maintain consistent and compliant infrastructure configurations across all environments.
- Track, update, and manage CMDB / DCMT records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Implement standards and best practices for configuration management and infrastructure automation.
- Identify configuration drift, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor automated processes, deployments, and configuration compliance.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Generate reports on pipeline performance, CMDB accuracy, and automation coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, operations, and support teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
