Your Role
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration-as-code solutions using PowerShell and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems and processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform for Windows-based infrastructure.
- Create and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, workflows, and job templates to support standardized and scalable operations.
- Integrate Ansible Automation Platform with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and other enterprise tools.
- Automate configuration management, patching, provisioning, compliance tasks, and operational workflows across large-scale Windows server environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement reliable and reusable automation patterns.
- Ensure automation solutions are properly documented, tested, and aligned with enterprise governance and security standards
- You bring proven hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) in enterprise environments, including the development and administration of playbooks, roles, inventories, workflows, job templates, credentials, and execution environments.
- You have strong proficiency in PowerShell and Azure DevOps/Git, with a solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and experience automating Windows server environments using WinRM/SSH and reusable playbook design.
- You have experience integrating Ansible Automation Platform into enterprise DevOps toolchains and CI/CD pipelines, and you are familiar with automation governance, role-based access control, credential handling, and workflow orchestration in AAP.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience in infrastructure automation and software engineering.
- You are familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar, and have working knowledge of networking concepts, REST APIs, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and configuration management tools such as Terraform.
- You communicate clearly, document your work thoroughly, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid working environment; experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies or Event-Driven Ansible is a plus.
- You have experience managing or supporting large-scale Windows server environments (10,000+ servers globally) and are comfortable working with reporting tools such as SQL, Grafana, or similar platforms.
