We're looking for an experienced SDR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with decision-makers. 💼 About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative with 1+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience and a proven track record in cold calling and email prospecting. You'll be one of the first points of contact with prospective customers and will play a direct role in generating qualified pipeline for our clients, booking meetings, and working hand-in-hand with our Sales Execs to close deals. What You’ll Be Doing: 📞 Conduct high-volume outbound calling (400+ calls per week) while maintaining high-quality conversations. 📧 Send outreach emails and follow-ups 📅Schedule qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers. 💬 Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest 🤝 Act as a helpful resource and product expert 📈 Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategy 🎯 Hit and exceed performance goals What You’ll Need: ✔️ Native or near-native English proficiency ✔️ Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar tools. ✔️ Proven success booking meetings through outbound outreach ✔️Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills. ✔️ Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers 🎓 Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required 💡 Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a bonus 📌 Job Details: - Full-Time Contractor position - 100% Remote (Open to candidates based in Mexico & LATAM) - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (1-hour lunch break) - Fast-paced outbound sales environment focused on appointment setting and pipeline generation 📌 What We Offer:✔️ Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-based commissions ✔️ 100% Remote work with a stable Monday–Friday schedule ✔️ Work directly with innovative U.S.-based technology companies ✔️ Professional growth opportunities in a fast-growing organization ✔️ Collaborative, high-performance team that values initiative and results If you're passionate about outbound sales, enjoy building relationships, and are excited to make an impact in a fast-growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
