What you will do:

• Ensure architectural consistency across all modules
• Review complex implementations and guide development decisions
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Maintain team velocity, quality, and continuous improvement

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

• Strong experience as Technical Leader and/or Scrum Master
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in software architecture and code review
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with Angular, NestJS, microservices architecture, API management (Apigee), and event-driven systems (Solace)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP) and container platforms (Docker, GKE)
• Fluent in English
