Software Engineer

Galileo is seeking Japanese-speaking software engineers to join us as full-time permanent employees. Successful candidates will be assigned to long-term projects at client companies under either Engineer Dispatch (派遣) or Contract for Work (請負) arrangements, depending on business needs and project requirements.

Our clients include major manufacturers, automotive companies, and IT companies throughout Japan. Project locations include Aichi, Tokyo, Kanagawa, and surrounding areas, depending on project availability.

Project assignments are determined based on your technical skills, Japanese proficiency, professional experience, and career goals.

【Required Qualifications】

• At least 1 year of professional experience in software development or a related field
• Business-level Japanese communication (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
• Eligible to work in Japan or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available)

【Annual Salary】

¥3,500,000 – ¥5,500,000

Determined based on experience, technical skills, Japanese ability, and project.
