Full Stack Web Development Leader

Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Spring Boot and Angular, with a proven track record of building Single Page Applications (SPAs) from the ground up and developing high-performance backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly Angular-based SPA applications.
• Develop, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs.
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Enhance existing features, troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and optimize overall system performance.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to the development team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Practical experience developing applications with Angular/ReactJS/VueJS
• English: Business-level communication proficiency.
• Japanese: Native fluency or JLPT N2/N1 (or equivalent) level proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs) from scratch.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
