フロントエンドチームを牽引するエキスパートとして、プロダクト開発を加速させる重要なポジションです。デザイナーやバックエンドなど隣接するチームと協働し、技術的課題の解決や新技術の導入による生産性向上をリードしていただきます。また、「何を・なぜ開発するのか」という根本的な価値の議論から参画でき、組織マネジメントやアーキテクチャの刷新など、大きな裁量を持って技術と組織の両面にインパクトを与えられる環境です。

As an expert leading the frontend team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our product development. Working closely with adjacent teams such as designers and backend engineers, you will lead the resolution of technical challenges and drive productivity improvements through the adoption of new technologies. Furthermore, you will have the autonomy to participate in fundamental discussions regarding "what to build and why," allowing you to make a significant impact on both the technology and the organization, including leading architecture modernization and organizational management initiatives.

■ Minimum Qualifications

- Development experience using React, Angular, or Vue.

- Development experience with TypeScript or other statically typed languages.

- Experience in team development with a proven track record of leading multiple members.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Backend development experience.

- Experience in organizational or engineering management.
