We’re a passionate team of home health operators and entrepreneurs dedicated to building software that truly understands and supports clinical workflows. We’re already live with a large, paying customer supporting thousands of patients. We’re scaling fast.

Founded by three experienced operators — our CEO/CTO (engineering + product), and two co-founders leading sales, compliance, and customer operations — we blend deep industry roots with technical ambition.

The Role

Demand is outpacing our ability to ship, and we’re looking for an engineer who moves fast, owns systems end-to-end, and thrives on autonomy. You’ll be our third non-founder technical hire, deploying to production in your first week and shaping the engineering culture as we scale.

This isn’t a corporate “senior” role. It’s a hands-on building role where your decisions directly impact clinicians and patients every day. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, ship, and scale systems used by clinicians every day. No PM layers, no red tape.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect, build, and deploy across our core stack (Next.js 15/Typescript, Supabase/Postgres, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, vLLM, AWS ECS, Terraform, React Native/Expo)
• Own key features and workflows end-to-end
• Design with ownership in mind, from deployment and monitoring to debugging in production
• Extend and integrate our internal AI capabilities into user-loved features in our apps
• Collaborate on system design decisions for enterprise-grade performance, ensuring observability, scalability, security, and high availability.

You Might Be a Fit If:

• You’ve built and shipped production systems solo or in small teams
• You have depth in full-stack TypeScript + Python and love debugging across boundaries
• You like autonomy: given a direction, you’ll write elegant and working code with confidence
• You care about velocity and correctness: your code reads like design docs

Bonus points:

• Experience optimizing LLM inference pipelines or integrating AI features into production systems
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments
