Overview

At Magna, backed by Trend Micro and Wistron, we are building the next generation of enterprise AI platforms.

We believe software development is changing. With AI accelerating engineering productivity, the ability to transform ideas into working products quickly has become a critical advantage.

We are looking for a Product Engineer who can bridge product thinking and engineering execution.

This is not a traditional frontend role, backend role, or even a typical full-stack role. We are looking for builders who can take an idea, a customer request, or a rough concept and rapidly turn it into something real.

What You’ll Do

Translate customer requirements, business problems, and product concepts into working solutions.

Develop frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations required to deliver product experiences.

Use AI to accelerate development, prototyping, debugging, and iteration.

Create prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready features in a fast-moving environment.

Understand customer workflows and quickly validate product ideas through implementation.

Work closely with Product Managers, UX Engineers, AI Engineers, and customers.

Contribute ideas that improve usability, workflows, and customer outcomes.

Core Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience building modern web applications.
• Ability to work independently and own problems from idea to delivery.
• Strong product mindset and user empathy.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar.
• Experience building backend services and APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with databases and cloud services.
• Ability to deliver complete features across frontend and backend.
• Understanding of software architecture and system design fundamentals.

Nice-to-have

• Experience building AI-powered products.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or Agent frameworks.
• Experience working in startups or fast-moving product teams.
• Experience with cybersecurity or enterprise software products.
