Technical Lead

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and mentor software engineers across various experience levels

✅ Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices

✅ Review code and ensure high-quality software delivery

✅ Design and develop scalable applications and services

✅ Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and improve system performance

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

✅ Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

✔ 5–10 years of software development experience

✔ At least 2 years in a leadership, senior engineer, or technical lead capacity

✔ Strong expertise in one or more technologies such as Laravel, Golang, Python, or React

✔ Solid understanding of Software Architecture, System Design, RESTful APIs, and Microservices

✔ Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

✔ Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices

✔ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

✔ Strong communication skills and business-level English proficiency
