Full Stack Engineer

About this Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Jakarta.

In this on-site role, you will be instrumental in developing modern web applications that drive our innovative talent selection platform and advisory services forward. You will contribute to building robust, scalable, and efficient solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer-facing features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, contributing to both frontend and backend development.
• Optimize application performance and database efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into functional features.
• Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code adhering to engineering best practices.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions and code reviews to ensure code quality and continuous improvement.
• Leverage strong Git skills for efficient team collaboration and version control.
• Utilize AI coding tools to enhance development speed and validate code quality and security.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing modern web applications across frontend and backend technologies, including Next.js, React.js, Nuxt.js, Node.js, Python, with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage. PHP (Laravel, WordPress) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, including applying appropriate design patterns to improve backend efficiency, identifying when queries or databases need optimization, and resolving N+1 query problems.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to rapidly deliver customer-facing features.
• Proven track record of writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while following engineering best practices.
• Experience participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comfort working across multiple technologies and adapting to evolving product priorities.
• Strong Git proficiency, including branching strategies, conflict resolution, code review workflows, and repository hygiene.
• Comfort using AI coding tools for development and validation of security vulnerabilities, edge cases, and architectural alignment.
