What You Will Work On
Depending on your selected technical track, you will:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software platforms and systems
- Work on large-scale, distributed, and performance-sensitive applications
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
- Build and integrate services using APIs, microservices, and complex data flows
- Improve performance, scalability, security, and reliability
- Apply modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automation, cloud, and Agile
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
- Act as a senior technical contributor or lead individual contributor
- Continuously expand your technical skills and system-level expertise
Typical Focus Areas:
- Frontend development with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Backend services using Node.js, REST APIs, microservices
- Cloud-native development on Azure and/or AWS
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- SQL and NoSQL databases
Typical Focus Areas:
- Full stack or backend development
- Performance profiling and tuning of distributed systems
- Kubernetes optimization and cloud resource efficiency
- Cost-aware architectural decisions
- Observability, scalability, and reliability engineering
Typical Focus Areas:
- Development in C++ (MFC experience strongly valued)
- Performance-critical and system-level applications
- Object‑oriented design and low-level problem solving
- Integration with databases, APIs, and external services
- Working with complex legacy and modernized systems
Typical Focus Areas:
- Validation and quality assurance of complex software or data-driven systems
- Designing test strategies for advanced platforms and workflows
- Understanding system behavior, edge cases, and failure scenarios
- Partnering closely with developers to improve system robustness
What We Are Looking For (Across All Tracks)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in:
- Computer Science
- Software, Systems, or Engineering disciplines
- Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development or technical roles
- Strong foundations in problem solving, system design, and software fundamentals
- Experience working on complex, non-trivial systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in English
- Motivation to grow as a senior or lead individual contributor
