Job Description:

Prevencionista de Riesgos

• Prevencionista de Riesgos del área de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, que se desempeña en el Proyecto Línea 7 de Metro – Tramo 1C, en un entorno de infraestructura subterránea de alta complejidad técnica. Su objetivo es planificar, implementar y controlar la gestión de riesgos, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y de los estándares corporativos en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO), y fomentando una cultura preventiva sólida y sostenible en obra.
• El cargo lidera la identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos, con foco en trabajos críticos como túneles, excavaciones, espacios confinados, trabajo en altura e izaje de cargas. Realiza inspecciones sistemáticas en terreno, gestiona permisos de trabajo, investiga incidentes y accidentes, elabora reportes e indicadores HSE, y apoya la toma de decisiones de la jefatura y línea de mando.
• Además, coordina inducciones y capacitaciones de seguridad, supervisa preventivamente a subcontratistas y mantiene relación activa con Comité Paritario, mutualidades, organismos fiscalizadores y mandante (Metro y asesorías). Participa activamente en el Sistema de Gestión de SST, alineado a ISO 45001, incluyendo soporte en auditorías y fiscalizaciones.

Requisitos de certificación

• Registro vigente como Experto en Prevención de Riesgos ante SEREMI de Salud (requisito excluyente).
• Certificación en Trabajo en Altura y uso de sistemas de protección contra caídas.
• Certificación en Espacios Confinados (ingreso, monitoreo atmosférico y rescate básico).
• Curso de Primeros Auxilios y RCP vigente.
• Formación en ISO 45001 (auditor interno, implementación o equivalente).
• Deseable: certificaciones en izaje de cargas, energías peligrosas (LOTO), manejo manual de cargas u otros riesgos críticos asociados a obras subterráneas.
