Location: Remote-First - 2x/month onsite, Oxfordshire.

As a Software Engineer II, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and improving customer-facing features while working alongside product, data, design, and engineering teams.

About You

You may already have experience in areas such as:

• Developing software applications using Java, C#, Go, Python, or similar technologies.

• Solving technical problems using strong computer science fundamentals.
• Contributing to distributed systems or cloud-based applications.
• Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Using data and metrics to understand the impact of your work.

Experience with any of the following would be beneficial, but is by no means essential:

• AWS or other cloud platforms
• React or modern frontend frameworks
• NoSQL databases
• Automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Monitoring and observability tools
