Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to and drive department best practices, guidelines implementation and adhering to standards.
- Experience building and maintaining large software platforms.
- Deep love of building elegant, maintainable, well-documented, secure code
- Abstracting, refactoring and/or testing solutions
- Drive to learn new things and go above and beyond the call of duty.
Preferred Area of Experience: MS.NET; ASP.NET; SQL Skill(s): Advanced experience with programming languages such as Microsoft .NET (C#); ASP.NET Core; JavaScript; HTML 5; XML; SQL Scripting and Powershell Scripting, Advanced experience with Microsft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar code repository system
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with full stack development
- Must have module level lead experience for small to medium sized projects.
- Ability to understand and influence architecture and design.
- Strong experience in .NET Core (5.0/6.0) and .NET 8
- Expertise in Web API development and support
- Proficient in LINQ and Entity Framework Core
- Hands-on experience in Angular 19+
- Strong understanding of front-end development using TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- Database experience (SQL Server (2012 & 2019) or DB2 or Oracle)
- Prior experience with regulated financial organization is a plus.
- Ability to build strong collaborative and productive relationships, In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile)
- Experience with Service Now or other IT service ticketing systems, knowledge of SDLC methodology in both a co-located and a distributed team environment is a plus
- Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis
