- Experience building reusable UI components and shared libraries

- Design system tooling and component documentation platforms
- Lead architecture and design for large-scale front-end applications
- Define UI standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices
- Build and maintain reusable, high-quality UI components and libraries
- Modernize legacy applications and improve front-end performance
- Reduce build times, optimize bundle sizes, and improve runtime behavior
- Mentor engineers, support code quality, and guide architecture decisions
- Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust web solutions
Programming Languages

Databases / Data Management
Essential: Handling API-driven data, client-side state management, JSON data structures
Preferred: Caching strategies and performance-aware data flow design
Cloud Technologies
Essential: Understanding of web applications deployed in modern cloud-hosted environments
Preferred: Exposure to cloud-integrated front-end delivery models and CDN optimization
Frameworks and Libraries
Essential: ReactJS, Angular 10+, RxJS, Redux/Zustand/Recoil, component-driven architecture
Preferred: Tailwind CSS, Vite, React Router 6+, Radix UI, Playwright
Development Tools and Methodologies
Essential: Front-end architecture design, modular application structure, code review, performance optimization, legacy modernization, Agile collaboration
Preferred: Design systems, automated UI testing, build tooling modernization
Security Protocols
Essential: Secure front-end coding practices, secure API integration, awareness of browser-based security risks
Preferred: Experience contributing to UI security standards and compliance practices
Experience Requirements
- Significant experience in front-end engineering, including architecture ownership for enterprise web applications
- Strong experience with ReactJS, Angular, and TypeScript
- Experience defining front-end standards, reusable libraries, and scalable UI patterns
- Experience improving performance, reducing bundle size, and modernizing legacy applications
- Experience mentoring developers and guiding front-end engineering practices
- Candidates with strong lead front-end engineering experience and demonstrated architecture ownership may also be considered
- Define front-end architecture and implementation standards
- Review requirements and design scalable UI solutions
- Build or guide development of reusable components and shared libraries
- Improve application performance, build pipelines, and runtime efficiency
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews
- Work with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams on delivery planning and integration
- Support modernization initiatives and front-end technical roadmaps
- Guide teams on trade-offs, maintainability, and implementation quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience may also be considered
- Certifications in front-end development, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, or web performance are advantageous
- Willingness to upskill in Tailwind CSS, Vite, React Router 6+, Radix UI, and Playwright
- Maintain current knowledge of front-end architecture, performance practices, and UI engineering tools
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement across teams
- Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills
- Ability to mentor teams and promote engineering standards
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools where relevant
- Focus on practical innovation, maintainability, and measurable outcomes
- Effective time and priority management
