We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to support the evolution and modernisation of web applications in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on reliable backend services, front-end migration and maintainable software delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Implement and maintain backend and front-end components for web applications.
- Migrate existing web applications from legacy front-end frameworks to modern technologies.
- Build reusable, efficient and reliable code aligned with good engineering practices.
- Improve application performance, quality and responsiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, defects and technical risks, proposing practical solutions.
- Support code quality, organisation and maintainability across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate in Agile delivery environments with a solution-oriented and craftsmanship mindset.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.
- Strong autonomy in complex software delivery contexts.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and maintainable coding practices.
- Professional working proficiency in English, spoken and written.
- Collaborative, responsible and quality-focused approach to delivery.
- Ability to adapt, learn and contribute with ownership in a team environment.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
Base salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 36,000 gross/year
Total compensation: up to EUR 43,000/year
The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
