Backend Engineer Node.js AWS - (remote, 40-45k)

AAt SQUAD Technology Solutions, an IT outsourcing company, we are building a small, agile team with a strong commitment to doing things right from the very beginning.

We are currently working with one of our clients to build a development team with Angular Node Engineers for a project in the insurance sector. 💙

🔎 What are we looking for?

• 🚀 7+ years of experience in software development and application delivery, with basic architecture knowledge and English level C1.
• 🎨 Strong expertise in Angular 18+, building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• ⚙️ Solid backend development experience with Node.js, including frameworks such as NestJS, and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• 🏗️ Experience working with large-scale service landscapes, APIs, and distributed backend architectures.
• ✅ Strong focus on software quality through unit testing (Jest), code reviews, and test-driven development practices.
• 🧩 Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Clean Code, and design principles such as SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI.
• 🐳 Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration in AWS.
• ☁️ Knowledge of AWS, Helm, and cloud-native deployment practices is highly valued.
• 🔄 Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, deployment, and release processes.
• 🤝 Comfortable working in Agile environments, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
