Technical Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead for a remote position in Poland.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience within enterprise environments

• 5+ years of experience performing Technical Lead responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 and modern software development practices

• Experience with Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven, NodeJS, and Relational Databases

• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles

• Experience with application support, incident management, and production environments

• Strong focus on software quality, security, testing, and maintainability

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

• English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to Have:

• Experience within Banking, Credit Risk, Lending, or Financial Services

• Knowledge of Credit Risk integrations and data processing workflows

• Exposure to ITIL processes, monitoring and observability tools

• Experience with cloud technologies and modernization initiatives

• Previous experience as an Application Owner or supporting business-critical BAU services

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking sector
