About The Team

Nordic Managed Services enables end-to-end operational responsibility across the Nordics, empowering autonomous teams with trust, accountability, and flexibility.

Within this unit, the Service Platform & Automation team drives innovation across service platforms — working with automation, AI, and modern architecture to improve both internal systems and customer-facing solutions.

About The Role

As a Developer in Telenor, you will contribute to building and improving digital services for the Nordic market. You will play an important role in delivering secure, automated, and efficient solutions for our enterprise customers.

You will be part of Nordic Managed Services in Telenor Norway, a unit responsible for developing, operating, and managing services across the Nordics.

You will join a highly skilled, cross-functional team of developers, architects, and specialists, working in a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.

What You Will Work On

You will work hands-on with developing and improving digital services and automation solutions used by enterprise customers across the Nordics. Together with the team, you will design integrations, build APIs, and contribute to creating scalable and efficient solutions.

The role combines development, automation, and continuous improvement, where you collaborate closely across disciplines and help evolve how we work with DevSecOps and agile practices.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a curious and proactive developer who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership. You are motivated by learning, open to new ideas, and comfortable working closely with others to create better solutions over time.

You combine technical interest with a practical mindset and communicate well in a team environment.

• Strong interest in software development and modern technologies
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take responsibility
• Collaborative and communicative, in Norwegian and English
• A relevant degree (Bachelor’s or higher) is beneficial, but not mandatory.
