Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Software Developer (8–12 years of experience) with deep expertise across modern Java enterprise stacks, DevOps, and full-stack frontend technologies. This role requires both technical leadership and business-facing acumen—building robust, scalable systems, leading talented teams, and directly supporting customers.


Primary Responsibilities

Backend & Platform Engineering

  • Lead development using Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
  • Architect integration with JMS, advanced caching, and varied database systems
  • Plan and implement CI/CD workflows—Maven, Puppet/Ansible/Jenkins
  • Oversee containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Deploy and monitor applications on-premises and in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Frontend & UI Excellence

  • Drive user interface development with Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, ExtJS, and TypeScript
  • Collaborate on modern UX/UI patterns for responsive enterprise applications

DevOps & Operations

  • Enable automated builds, deployments, and systems monitoring
  • Advance team capabilities in infrastructure-as-code and environment management

Team & Customer Leadership

  • Mentor and manage high-performing developers; foster collaboration and culture
  • Interface with customers—requirements gathering, problem resolution, and incident management
  • Lead fast response efforts during production emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime

Innovation & Cross-Edge Growth

  • Explore and implement AI tools where applicable
  • Recommend best-fit technologies for evolving business and product needs


Core Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of hands-on experience with:
  • Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
  • JMS, Caching, Database (RDBMS/NoSQL)
  • Angular, JavaScript/jQuery/ExtJS/TypeScript
  • Kubernetes, Maven, Puppet/Ansible/Jenkins
  • On-premises and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) architecture and deployment
  • Strong development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
  • Proven background in team-building, technical mentorship, and customer handling
  • Track record of production support and rapid issue resolution


Desirable (Good-to-Have) Skills

  • Exposure to AI tools and frameworks
  • Familiarity with microservices, service architecture
  • Advanced DevOps, automation, and scripting expertise
  • Security, scalability, and performance engineering
