Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with consultants and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain web applications that support internal tools, client-facing platforms, and data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across the stack. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and iterate based on feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with team members and participation in in-person meetings and workshops.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, including work with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development experience, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, scalable applications.
• Relevant experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, or similar) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• A strong understanding of software architecture, security best practices, testing, and debugging is expected.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, communicate clearly, and translate business needs into technical solutions is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
