Full Stack Engineer– Production Support & BAU

At Zensar Technologies Limited, we are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who can provide robust operational support for our live production systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills and a mindset geared towards ensuring system reliability and performance. The successful candidate will actively engage with technology and operations teams, driving continuous improvement and stability enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support live production environments, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Perform incident triage, analyze root causes, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with operations teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
• Handle BAU activities, including system enhancements and defect fixes.
• Maintain awareness of system health, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET and Angular.
• Contribute to live environment enhancements and small feature deliveries.
• Troubleshoot issues across APIs, UI, and backend services.
• Work within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem for deployment and configuration.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management.

• Strong experience with .NET, Angular, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record in production system support and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work across BAU and delivery workstreams.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, responsive, and client-centric mindset.
• Experience in financial services or enterprise environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITIL processes is an advantage.
• Adaptable and comfortable working under pressure in live environments.
