Position Summary
DTN is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Digital Experience to help modernize and evolve dtn.com into a faster, more scalable, and high-performing digital platform. This role will focus on improving DTN’s public web experience, supporting brand storytelling, solution marketing, content delivery, and lead generation.
You will work across front-end and back-end systems to enhance site architecture, performance, accessibility, analytics, and integrations. This role partners closely with Marketing, Design, Content, and Demand Generation teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience that reflects DTN’s market leadership and supports business growth.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead the technical evolution of dtn.com, improving architecture, scalability, and maintainability
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible, high-quality front-end experiences across key pages and conversion paths
- Develop and support back-end services, APIs, and integrations powering content, forms, search, and personalization
- Partner with Marketing and Content teams to create reusable templates, modular components, and publishing workflows
- Improve site performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and technical SEO
- Integrate the website with business systems including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and consent tools
- Build and optimize form flows, lead capture experiences, and content journeys to support demand generation
- Establish engineering best practices including code quality, testing, observability, and release processes
- Contribute to and help scale a design system and component library for the web platform
- Use data and experimentation to drive improvements in engagement, conversion, and usability
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including experience building and supporting public-facing websites or digital platforms
- Strong front-end development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) with experience in modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
- Back-end development experience building APIs, services, and integrations (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
- Experience working with CMS platforms, ideally modern or headless architectures
- Strong understanding of website architecture, component-driven development, and content-driven experiences
- Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, responsive design, and technical SEO
- Experience integrating websites with analytics tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other third-party tools
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern deployment practices
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience modernizing or replatforming websites into scalable, modular architectures
- Experience with headless CMS, design systems, and component libraries
- Experience supporting B2B websites with complex solution portfolios and lead generation goals
- Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, SEO tooling, and digital analytics
- Experience with structured content, taxonomy, and resource/content hubs
- Exposure to privacy, consent, and governance requirements for global websites
- Experience working in industries such as energy, agriculture, weather, logistics, or industrial technology
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Statamic
